The concept is simple: you choose a second-hand mobile home already on a plot or buy a new mobile home with a choice of plot. You can then take advantage of the campsite’s ideal location by the sea and its leisure facilities all year round, with the sole exception of December and January, when the campsite is closed for the year.

The Paradis Belle Dune campsite offers you to rent a fully equipped plot to become a resident in Berck-sur-Mer. Each plot includes connections to the water supply, electricity and mains drainage.
The plot is already grassed and marked out by hedges: ready to welcome your mobile home and to receive you for holidays and weekends!
The plot price includes even 100 units of electricity consumption and 2 units of water consumption per year (consult us for details).
On plots of more than 180 m², you have the possibility of parking a second vehicle: practical if you stay with your family or if you receive friends in your residence on the Opal Coast!

Rent your mobile home plot at the best price at camping Paradis Belle Dune! The 5-star establishment helps you to become a resident in the Pas-de-Calais thanks to payment facilities and attractive rates.
For a turnkey plot of 150 m² to 260 m², the total price varies from 4,060 to 4,610 euros.
You only have to pay for the water connection (100 euros) and electricity (100 euros) and any excess electricity and water consumption.
To make your life easier, the campsite offers you the possibility of paying in three monthly instalments without any charges. You install the mobile home of your choice (from our catalogue) on the plot with the option of installing a terrace and a garden shed.
